Stephanie Gonzales is a San Antonio native with nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance and Development from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
A pivotal part of Stephanie’s career was her 10 years with Southwest Appraisal Group, where she had the opportunity to learn from and work alongside respected leaders in the commercial appraisal industry. She spent six years specializing in market research and analysis before performing commercial appraisal work for an additional four years. Her experience included the analysis and valuation of office, retail, industrial, multifamily, and land properties throughout South Texas.
This extensive appraisal background gave Stephanie a specialized understanding of property values, market conditions, investment performance, lease economics, and the financial dynamics behind real estate decisions. Today, she brings that analytical perspective to property management, helping owners control costs, identify opportunities, make informed capital decisions, and maximize the long-term value and performance of their assets.
Stephanie enjoys staying involved in the San Antonio real estate community and has participated in CREW, IREM, and other professional organizations. In her free time, she enjoys being a dog mom to three dogs and commissioning her own ladies-only fantasy football league.
