Matthew Valeri, a Houston native, is pursuing a degree in Real Estate Finance and Development at the University of Texas in San Antonio. As an executive board member of UTSA’s Real Estate Society, Matthew demonstrates his commitment to industry leadership even before graduation.
While studying, Matthew gained valuable experience in two remote positions based in Houston. He processed credit applications for various finance companies and managed payments for rental properties, including homeowners insurance, association fees, and property taxes. This early exposure to real estate finance sparked his passion for the industry.
Determined to build his career, Matthew interned with DH Realty Partners for a year before obtaining his real estate license. As a newly licensed official realtor with DHRP, he is excited to utilize his expertise and passion to meet client needs.Matthew‘s unique background includes a two-year RV journey across 48 states with his family, during which he continued his studies remotely. This experience allowed him to gain a wider perspective and develop adaptability, which are important assets in the competitive real estate industry.
With a passion for singing, MMA, biking, running, traveling, and live music, Matthew also has strong values and faith, which contribute to his well-rounded nature in business and life.
