Jennifer Ruth Vitera, MBA


Jennifer Ruth Vitera specializes in development, brokerage, acquisitions, and leasing. She has experience protesting property taxes for commercial properties to reduce the owners’ property tax burden. Prior to real estate, she built a successful career in hospital administration and business development. Jennifer will leverage her experience and background in healthcare administration, development and property management to assist clients with their commercial real estate needs.

In her spare time, Jennifer co-owns and operates a farm in Central Texas. Her experience in land management gives her a great perspective on land use and how it can best complement the needs of a client.

Jennifer is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and Texas Woman’s University, where she completed a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications and M.B.A. in business operations.  She also completed a certification in Permaculture Design and Holistic Land Management.

She is a member of the Realtors Land Institute (RLI), Commercial Real Estate Women San Antonio (CREW), Les Dames d’ Escoffier, and is an active member of different agriculture and wildlife conservation organizations. She applies her Christian Faith to every aspect of her life and believes her purpose in life is to be kind and help others.
