Matthew Baylor is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 25 years of experience in investment sales, asset disposition, and commercial property development. He began his career in 2000 with Coldwell Banker Commercial Mountain West in Salem, Oregon, and returned to his home state of Texas in 2003 to continue his work in the San Antonio market. Since then, Matthew has successfully represented a broad spectrum of commercial properties across the region.
Known for his strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and dedication to client success, Matthew has built enduring relationships with medical professionals, investors, developers, and property owners. His extensive network and deep market knowledge allow him to provide clients with exceptional service in both acquisitions and dispositions.
Matthew is actively involved in the San Antonio business community. He is a charter and board member of the Alamo Business Club, a two-time past president of the BNI Business to Business (B2B) chapter, and a contributor to several civic and charitable organizations. A proud Rotarian, he served as President of the Dominion Rotary Club for the 2017–2018 term and is a Paul Harris Fellow. He has also served on the advisory board for Sights Unseen, a San Antonio-based nonprofit that provides prescription glasses to underserved populations in developing countries.
