Born in Moscow and raised in Albania until the age of five, Allen has called San Antonio home ever since moving to the United States, proudly becoming a U.S. citizen in 2019.
Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Allen is passionate about helping businesses and investors maximize the value of their commercial real estate. He has guided a diverse range of clients—from institutional investors to local small business owners—through strategic real estate decisions that align with their financial and operational goals.
Allen earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Political Science with concentrations in Philosophy and Economics, a foundation that sharpens his analytical approach to market research, negotiations, and asset valuation. His curiosity for learning keeps him attuned to market trends and economic developments at the local, national, and global levels—insights that continually inform his work in commercial real estate.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Allen is an active member of the Rissho Kosei-kai Buddhist Center of San Antonio, where he serves on the board of directors and as the facility manager. He has also delivered guest lectures on Buddhism at Our Lady of the Lake University, reflecting his commitment to lifelong learning and community engagement.
In his free time, Allen enjoys cooking, reading, and spending quality time with friends and family.
