Dolores K. Schroeder

Dolores Schroeder has a passion for real estate that incorporates sustainability initiatives and green/commercial buildings, specializing in medical, office and retail uses. Her unique experience as an international commercial real estate attorney, LEED Accredited Professional, green building and commercial real estate consultant gives Dolores the “know how” to work through complex concepts and business risks.

Fluent in English-Spanish, Dolores handles transactions requiring cultural diversity with ease.

She holds a BA from St. Mary’s College in Indiana; a Masters of Social Work from Loyola University; a JD from Loyola University; and, a Master of Natural Resources from Virginia Tech University. She is currently a CCIM Candidate.

Coming from a multi-cultural background, Dolores is a world traveler who has spent part of her 30-year CRE career overseas living and working in Europe, Australia & Latin America.

She is an artist at heart and whether she is abroad or at home in the U.S., she finds herself tackling a business deal, playing the guitar or harmonica with the same level of passion. Finding creative solutions for her clients, creating art, practicing yoga and staying fit are just a few of the things she loves.
