Marsha Petersen, MBA


From serving her country active duty military to working for the Department of Defense, Marsha understands “service before self.”  She comes with a background of over 20 years in acquisitions; sourcing, executing, and negotiating contracts to include internationally and has been trusted to award, administer, and manage billions of dollars in government contracts over the years.

Her business experience in the military through deployments to different countries and working for different missions has enabled her to adapt quickly in any environment, overcome barriers, develop innovative solutions, and learn any subject matter for her customers to accomplish critical missions.  Being a steward of taxpayer dollars and writing acquisition policy she truly understands and strongly believes in her fiduciary duty to her clients and has developed an unparalleled degree of attention to detail in her field.

Marsha has her MBA and maintains a Level III in Contracting as part of the Acquisition Professional Development Program certification from Defense Acquisition University which included courses in pricing and negotiations.  She receives great joy from serving others, accomplishing the goals of her clients while building long term relationships with her clients through transparency, loyalty, and trust.

With a son going off to college, she spends her free time riding her Harley, on the shooting range, or the driving range.  She also enjoys traveling, various outdoor activities, and being on the water.
